Background

Elliston Vineyards, located just East of San Francisco Bay, provides a few thousand cases of premium wines. French Oak barrels are used to produce small lots of estate wines, handmade with old world nuances and California overtones. 

Elliston, built by California pioneer Henry Hiram Ellis, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Its ageless stone mansion sets the stage for many memorable events, including weddings and dinner parties.
