I’m not a fan of champagne but this champagne tastes great! I add a splash of orange juice and enjoy a mimosa at home. I will continue ordering this.

This champagne is so smooth. It has a nice fruity favor without over sweetness or harsh dryness. The alcohol is deceptively present. You can feel that blissful buzz after a glass or two. The only drawback is it’s hard to stop drinking it once you open the bottle.

buy again. Nice to have such a good winery so close to Fremont.

Crisp and delicious. Unlike some sparkling wines we have tried it does not seem to cause headaches. It’s perfect for special occasions but it is priced reasonably, Overall, a great choice that compliments a celebration or an everyday meal.

I have enjoyed Elliston 2014 Petit Syrah and many of their other wines with my friends in the gardens of Elliston's estate. The Syrah has a nice balance of dark fruit with a small peppery finish on the tongue has is great with both heavy meals like pizza and meats but also nice with just cheese and crackers. This wine is nicely priced that we each brought home our own bottles to enjoy at home. Stacy, the wonderful woman who has made our visits to the winery very enjoyable each time we have gone and shares her knowledge of their different blends of wine. She has never stared us wrong! I enjoy my glass in the evening relaxing while watching a TV show and unwinding after a day at work. I am looking forward to many more tastings and get-togethers with friends in the gardens this spring. During these Covid restricted times, it is wonderful to find a place where we can be spaced safely away from others and still enjoy the beautiful outside gardens with wonderful wine.

Elliston has variety of Cab's and we liked this one better than the others. Awaiting the next big sale then will probably get some more! Nice deep and bold cab, with great flavor profile, not too dry, not too sweet, well balanced.

Had this recently for the first time and will be back to get more! We all loved the balance, bubbles and bright flavor!

I'm not much of a sparkling guy but both of these sparkling wines are amazing, Not to sweet or bubbly.

We love all of the wines and they are so reasonably priced. We will be back for more soon.

I purchases 4 different wines. This one was the best and was gone almost immediately! Will be buying a lot more of this!
